Aqueduct Technologies receives Cisco’s “2014 Customer Satisfaction Award”.

Aqueduct Technologies, Inc. (Waltham, Ma) was awarded the Customer Satisfaction Award by Cisco Systems, Inc. in recognition for Aqueduct’s impeccable customer service as a technology solutions provider.

Cisco is committed to their customer’s satisfaction and performs a yearly customer satisfaction survey in which they query customers in multiple areas on how well their partners are servicing them. Cisco has been conducting this Annual Customer Satisfaction Survey since 1992. By using the valuable input they receive from their customers, they’re able to establish the principal objectives for each of their functional areas.

This year Aqueduct Technologies has received this award and achieved a perfect 5.0 score on the yearly survey.
