Assessment Services:

Aqueduct Technologies provides a wide range of assessment services to help analyze a customers currently deployed technologies. Deployment Services:

Aqueduct Technologies’ Project Management Office (PMO) works with customers via our Q-Finiti methodology to appropriately leverage our resources to assist in the successful deployment of your technology.  To begin the process, our expert team will work on an appropriate architecture and design of the chosen technology.  They will then develop appropriate test plans, complete staging and configuration, migrations and deployments, and day 1 support.  Post deployment, Aqueduct offers additional operational support options through both the professional and managed services teams.

Operational Support:

To assist in our customers’ ability to support their technology environments, in cases where our award-winning Q-Managed 24×7 support offering may not be a fit, Aqueduct provides customers with the ability to contract resources on a day rate to assist your team in daily performance tasks, provide expert level guidance to your team members, and be an extension of your team.

Adoption/Training Services:

Aqueduct Technologies has built a suite of services to allow your organization to be able to successfully leverage the technology you have deployed. This includes end user training and corporate wide adoption of your collaboration and security tools.  Additionally, Aqueduct provides administrative training for your technology administrators through an over the shoulder and day in the life administration process approach.
