President and CEO
Manak Ahluwalia is President and CEO of Aqueduct Technologies. Aqueduct is regarded as one of the top service providers in North America recognized for its deep technical competencies, commitment to culture, and customer satisfaction. As President and CEO, Manak is responsible for formulating and implementing the strategic plan that guides the vision, mission, and overall direction of the organization. He has been recognized as an entrepreneurial leader by being named a 2016 Boston Business Journal 40 Under 40 award honoree.
Prior to founding Aqueduct, Manak worked for Alliant Technologies as their Chief Technology Officer and a member of their board. Manak also serves on a number of industry and manufacturer advisory boards.
Manak is active in the local community coaching recreational programs, working with local charities, and helping further STEM initiatives in Massachusetts. Manak graduated from Rutgers University in New Jersey. He also carries several industry certifications and has completed a variety of leadership programs.
Chief Technology Officer
Mike Samoska joined Aqueduct in 2016. As Chief Technology Officer, he is responsible for driving Aqueduct’s technical strategy and execution, solution and service portfolio, and industry thought leadership. Mike has extensive knowledge in numerous aspects of IT solutions, with a special interest in networking, security, cloud solutions, WAN optimization, application & network performance management, and wireless.
Prior to joining Aqueduct, he has held leadership positions at Innovative Information Solutions, Code Red Networks, and Alliant Technologies. Mike served honorably in the United States Marine Corps.
Outside of work, Mike is active in the local community and works with various volunteer organizations. Mike enjoys biking, running, and tennis. He is a certified CCIE and CISSP.
SVP of Sales and Marketing
Jack joined Aqueduct Technologies in 2015. As SVP of Sales & Marketing, he is responsible for the overall management and strategy of Aqueduct’s sales and marketing organizations.
Jack has an extensive history of developing and growing successful sales and marketing strategies for organizations including International Computerware (ICI), GreenPages and Focus Technology Solutions. Jack was an active contributor and member of Tech Target Server Virtualization Advisory Board for several years and is currently an advisor at SimplyFYI, a wellness company.
Jack leads an active life outside of work and enjoys traveling with his family, hiking, running, golf and ice hockey. He graduated from Clarkson University in Potsdam, N.Y. with a degree in industrial distribution.
Chief People Officer
As Chief People Officer, Jaclyn is focused on Aqueduct’s most valuable asset, its people. She and the Aqueduct leadership team are committed to building an engaging and rewarding culture by emphasizing development and collaboration to drive exponential business value. As a result of the company’s efforts, Aqueduct has been named a Best Place to Work in Boston by the Boston Business Journal in the small division category for the past three years.
Jaclyn joined Aqueduct after spending six years supporting Total Rewards initiatives at Cimpress (and their global business unit, Vistaprint) during a period of hyper-growth. Her career in Human Resources spans more than 13 years, with experience in industries such as technology, manufacturing, healthcare, insurance, and consumer goods.
Outside of work, Jaclyn enjoys spending time with her family, cheering on the New England Patriots, traveling, and volunteering for youth sports leagues. She holds a finance degree from Merrimack College in North Andover, MA, and a Master Certificate in Human Resource Management from Villanova University. Jaclyn is a Senior Certified Professional by the Society of Human Resources Management.
